1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Facecast, run by White Design Works Ltd (England and Wales). By using Facecast you agree to them.
2. For fun only
Facecast is entertainment inspired by traditional Korean face reading (관상). Readings are not predictions, assessments or advice of any kind – not about your personality, health, relationships, money or anything else. Please don’t make decisions based on them.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- Only scan your own face. In couple or group mode, everyone must be present, an adult, and happy to take part.
4. Be kind
Don’t use Facecast, or the cards it makes, to mock, bully, harass or embarrass anyone. Don’t use it on photos or videos of other people. If you see it being misused, tell us.
5. Your cards
You can save and share the cards you make for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its design and its texts belong to White Design Works Ltd.
6. Paid readings (when introduced)
If we offer paid readings, the price will be shown before you pay. Because the reading is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that it starts straight away and that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once it has been delivered. This doesn’t affect your other legal rights: if something doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll put it right or refund you.
7. Availability and liability
We provide Facecast as it is and may change or pause it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring claims in your local courts.

1. 재미로 보는 콘텐츠예요
Facecast는 한국 전통 관상에서 영감을 받은 재미 콘텐츠예요. 결과는 성격, 건강, 연애, 재물 등 어떤 것에 대한 예언이나 평가, 조언이 아니에요. 결과를 바탕으로 중요한 결정을 내리지 마세요.
2. 이용 대상
- 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있어요.
- 본인 얼굴만 비춰 주세요. 커플·단톡방 모드에서는 참여하는 모두가 성인이고, 그 자리에 함께 있으며, 동의해야 해요.
3. 다정하게 써 주세요
Facecast나 결과 카드를 누군가를 놀리거나 괴롭히거나 망신 주는 데 쓰지 마세요. 다른 사람의 사진이나 영상에 사용하지 마세요. 악용되는 걸 보면 알려 주세요.
4. 결과 카드
만든 카드는 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로 저장하고 공유할 수 있어요. 앱, 디자인, 문구의 권리는 White Design Works Ltd에 있어요.
5. 유료 풀이 (도입 시)
유료 풀이를 도입하면 결제 전에 가격을 보여 드려요. 결제 즉시 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠라 제공이 시작되면 14일 청약철회권이 적용되지 않는 데 동의하게 돼요. 다만 제대로 작동하지 않으면 연락 주세요. 고치거나 환불해 드릴게요.
6. 준거법
이 약관은 잉글랜드·웨일스 법을 따라요.
